If you're not super satisfied with the items you ordered, we are happy to help you! In-store returns must be approved through our returns tab. Once the return is approved you have 48 hours from the date of approval to bring in your item to exchange or return. 
If and when return or exchange is approved, you may take it to our Tanoa Onehunga store with your original receipt and show the email of approval to sales person.

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED. JEWELRY, HOUSEWARE, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 For online returns and exchanges, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return or exchange is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs for the returned/exchanged item back to buyer (once item is exchanged buyer will receive an invoice for shipping label, once invoice is paid item will be shipped out). Return/Exchange Policy 2022

 

Purchases made within 21 days are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only if:

  • accompanied by original or gift receipt
  • not washed, worn or damaged
  • original tags attached

 

Refunds in the form of original payment are eligible if:

  • within 10 days from date of purchase 
  • accompanied by original receipt
  • not washed, worn or damaged
  • original tags attached

 

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • clearance items
  • accessories (jewelry, ties, hats)
  • houseware
  • bags

 

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunds.  

All returned items purchased using gift cards will be refunded as merchandise credit.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Regular price merchandise
  • Within 21 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted/Sale items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
